Brittany Schlittenhart Hair and Make-up Shoot

Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day over at Newport Beach and a great way to start off day light savings.

I did a small quick shoot for one of my good friends Ms. Brittany Schlittenhart.

Brittany does hair and make up for T.V., film, personal, etc. anyway she does a great job.

L.A. Local

Skateboarding in L.A. can sometimes lead you to seeing some of the most interesting or crasy looking people you have ever laid eyes on.

After getting flashed by a black homeless lady trying to shoot some photos of the homies sk8ing I ran into Mary.

Mary has not had her photograph taken in a very long time and she was delighted when I asked her if I could photograph her. Mary is homeless living in L.A. and she enjoys her coffee and telling stories of people getting in fights. I tried giving Mary some more coffee money after she let me take her photo but she was so happy to just have someone want to photograph her that she wouldnt take any of my coffee money. Thanks Mary.

Capoeira

It's incredible how many ways of expression are out there and its amazing how fluid the human body can be through some of those expressions.

This past Sunday I was able to attend a Brazilian Capoeira class and for those of you who dont know what that is it's basically an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines, martial arts, music and, dance.

Some of the things these people could do with themselves was truly inspirational.
